OREOS!

So from one of my regular blogs I came across a recipe for GF oreos! The recipe be here, the original recipe from another blog from a book lol, is using reg flour, but they worked with it. Amazingly these taste like regular oreos, really even better.

mmmm unlikely lol, unless I can get them to bind quite a bit better, they take a LONG time to make lol. I think it might be because i used flax instead of eggs, so i'm not sure.
